From the top: Kiehl's #1 Lip Balm - my cousin who is a make-up artist in San Fransisco got me hooked on this stuff ten years ago. Benefit Erase Paste - without this concealer I would look like I only get 20 minutes of sleep each night.. It covers up my dark eye circles fabulously. Bath & Bodyworks Vanilla Sugar Scrub - really? You're not supposed to eat this stuff? Smells soooo good. And Lola by Marc Jacobs - by far my favorite perfume of all time. A mix of pear, rose, vanilla, fucshia peony and creamy musk. Yum!

Finger Shoes?!

So last night while I was watching my guilty pleasure television show, ahem, TMZ, one of the paparazo's was following this actor in the airport who was wearing "finger shoes" also known as "barefoot shoes." Has anyone heard of these? I hadn't before last night and I have to admit they look kind of creepy in an alien-meets-Howard-the-Duck kind of way. However I did some research on these babies and apparently they have gotten rave reviews from runners and outdoor enthusiasts alike who swear they're as close to running barefoot as they come. Although they're not very fashion forward at the moment you never know - perhaps these shoes will become the next Crocs. God I hope not.

Look - No Winter Coat!

No winter coat but yes, a pink scarf. Not because it was cold but because I thought it would brighten up my outfit! This weekend felt a bit like Spring, finally! I did some shopping on Saturday and found these boots at Suzy Shier for $17.50! They were regularly $35.00 but ticketed down to 50% off. I've never bought shoes from Suzy Shier, I didn't even know they sold them until recently. I wore this to a (casual) fundraising event for a local non-profit daycare that I attended with the BF on Saturday night. There was a silent auction,  a couple of raffles, Mexican food and drinks and the entertainment included an improv troop and the funniest, raunchiest Canadian comic I've ever seen, Andrew Grose. My stomach hurt from laughing so much. He was great! A lot of local celebrities attended as well, including the Mayor. The comedian poked fun of him a lot but he took it all in stride. I hope you all had a great weekend! Easter is just around the corner and I can't wait!

So I kind of have a crush on Adam Lambert. I know he's not into the lady-folk but it doesn't matter. I still think he's sexy in addition to being extremely stylish, super-talented and very down-to-earth. Plus his make-up always looks superb! I love his music and I bet with a little persistence and maybe a whip I could turn him straight.
