COKOBAR CELEBRATES YVONNE NELSON'S 28TH BIRTHDAY

One of the best African funspot in the whole of London, CokoBar rolled out the red carpet and drums to celebrate one of the best entertainers to have come out of Ghana in the person of  former beauty queen and model, Yvonne Nelson about 2 weeks ago. .


The statuesque & gorgeous actress just clocked 28 year old, so like they always do for well recognized stars & celebs CokoBar hosted the Ghanaian star to a beautiful birthday party. 

Yvonne known to be very stylish didn't disappoint her fans and those who came to celebrate with her. Her stylist, Jason Boateng garbed her in a piece by Alexander Wang and accessorized with jewelery by the world famous French jewelry giant Cartier and her pair of shoes were by Jimmy Choo. 

It was a fun filled birthday celebration. We got you pictures of the event for your fun viewing.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMAKA, WE LOVE ALL YOUR GIFTS

Still on the subject of birthdays & celebrations.This last week was an incredible one for some, especially for those who added a year to the years on this beautiful earth. We sure envy those who seem to always have it good and one of those currently on cloud 9 is none other than the beautiful Amaka. 

We at Maestro's Media are happy to celebrate this mother of 2 on the occasion of her birthday. We heard her darling beau left her gobsmacked with the choice of gifts he poured on his beloved darling during the week that just passed. We didn't think anyone could easily top what ace footballer Jay Jay did for his wife, with that gift of a brand new G-wagon. But we seem to love the gifts Amaka got more kind off, because long long before now Amaka  had gotten her own G-wagon and it wasn't for her birthday. 

So for her birthday, it was like the theme her beau had in her heard was ''little things mean a lot'', so what he did was to get a collection of many 'little things' to give his love. Check this out- She got a glorious time machine for her gorgeous wrist said to have cost about $50,000 Dollars, that's not all oooo, to show his awesomely romantic heart, her beau also gave her a collection of about 15 to 20 of the choicest perfumes any perfume collector would love to have, we cannot begin to mention names. That's still not all, forget the clothes from some of the top brands most especially Nigerian designer brands and many other things ooooo. 

So you do understand us now, when we say little things means a lot? Those were the sweet things Amaka got to mark her delightsome day.

STARS RAIN AT ANITA ISAMA'S BIRTHDAY

Just in case you are wondering who Anita Isama is, she's the gorgeous lady, who like Lola Omotayo has won the heart of one of the singing/dancing duo that makes up P Square. 

Instead of Peter, who is hooked on Lola Omotayo and their D-day for the traditional wedding ceremony is next week Sunday, November 17, 2013 to be more precise.  It's Paul Okoye's girl this time around. 

And lover boy was around to celebrate his beau, with other stars & celebs in tow. The likes of Tuface Idibia, Kate Henshaw, Toke Makinwa, Karen Igho, Peter Okoye & his darling fiancee Lola Omotayo and very many others. The party train was at the newest party house in town DollHouse Lagos on Ademola Adetokunbo street, Victoria Island, Lagos, where Michael Neri & Ayo Adejugbe reigns supreme.

We heard it was a swell party, with the party train having unbridled fun till they left.

AUSTIN 'JAY JAY' OKOCHA THROWS LAVISH 40TH BIRTHDAY SHINDIG FOR WIFE-NKECHI, GIVES HER G-WAGON AS PRESENT(MAESTROMEDIA EXCLUSIVE)

One of the most skillful players to have played football in the world, in the person of Austin ' Jay-Jay' Okocha, the mercurial dribbler, Bolton FC & Super Eagles legend didn't seem to mind the cost of throwing a very lavish 40th birthday shindig for his gorgeous wife at the weekend.

Date of the party was Saturday, October 25, 2013, venue of choice was the main hall of the Civic Center, just directly across the road from the 1004 Estates. It was a black-tie dinner kinda setting. Event though sponsored by Jay-jay, but the planning & coordination was done by Uche Nwadinson, Nkechi Okocha's younger sister, who owns the very well known event's company 'Franicoles'.

For those who had the privilege to attend the A-class shindig, they exclaimed that it was lavish in all ways that one wants to think about it. There was the over abundance of all those things that makes parties of this caliber A-class, nothing in terms of fun & entertainment was lacking. 

On the bandstand to entertain the guests were Kaycee who sang his famous 'Limpopo' song to the delight of everyone. It didn't end there, as there was also the waist twister extraordinaire 'Flavour Nabania', not still stopping there, the rave of the moment, the young man called Ayo Balogun but better known to the world as 'Wizkid' as usual was the toast of the happy crowd. He performed his new hit song 'Caro' and got plenty of the crowd input. It still didn't end there, as the Chief Creative Officer of Empire Mates Entertainment in the person of Bankole Wellington aka Banky W also performed; His was rather special as he performed a duet with the eldest daughter of the couple. Men!!!!!!! The young lady is already as tall as her mama & even more beautiful, she's also a good dancer. 

The delectably gorgeous birthday gal Nkechi was the cynosure of all eyes in her beautiful sea green outfit, showing off those twin mounds that some have suggested has gotten some form of 'pampering' of late wink wink. Apart from the outfit, the rocks(diamonds) on display in the form of diamond ring & diamond encrusted watch could easily blind the eyes.

Though there were many highlights of the event, the one that left everyone totally gobsmacked was the presentation of birthday present by Jay-jay to his wife, the gorgeous gift wrapped delight was a brand spanking new (tear rubber) White Mercedes Benz G-Wagon (eat your hearts out) with chrome rims). The beautiful gift brought to fore the very emotional & very appreciative Nkechi, who went down on her knees, expressing her heartfelt thank you to her husband for his love & support in front of everyone. 

It was a very well put together party like we already said and everyone who came had their fun. Curiously none of the football playing mates of Jay-Jay was at the party. Most of those that attended were more of Nkechi's 'friends', especially the females. Even a very very close female friend of hers based in the US was around at the party. 

People at the party were openly estimating that the party & gift must have set back the retired Captain of the Super Eagles by about N28 Million or more. To us we think it's good money well spent, if you really appreciate your wife, knowing very well her incredible contributions to your life.

 Ikechukwu's ex-beau the gorgeous Sarah Ofili had a star studded birthday party last night at the Picolo Mondo, at 198, Idejo Street, Victoria Island, just a few meters away from the salon of the topmost celebrity hair stylist to the stars & celebs in Lagos, Suri.

Prior to the party last nite, there had been much press about the upcoming party that had been tagged #Sarah Ofili Twerktastic Birthday Party. Sarah's actual birthday from what we hear is Tuesday, October 22, but the party was now planned for the next day, Wednesday, October 23, 2013. 

At hand on the D-day to celebrate with the birthday gal were the Sarah's former beau, #Ikechukwu aka Killz, who stormed the party venue with many of his friends. Others at the party were #Iyanya, #Suri, #Davido, Shina Rambo & very many other guests. Some of the highlights of the night were the special booty twerkers & strippers that were doing their thing as the party was going on.

BLOGGER EXTRAORDINAIRE LINDA IKEJI ARRIVES LONDON FOR HER BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

Sure life is good or don't you all think? Nigeria blogger extraordinaire Linda Ikeji has arrived London as part of her visit to London and Manchester to celebrate her 33rd birthday. 


Linda left Nigeria some hours ago aboard Virgin Atlantic in the upper class section and has arrived the Queen's land. She was met on arrival by a retinue of people, Ropo of CokoBar.com and media people from Ohtv. 

The Linda Ikeji VIP Birthday 2013 is a follow-up to the one that was had for her last year, where the celebrated blogger met with & partied with loads & loads of her fans. This year's event is a double pronged event, with the first one happening tomorrow, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the CokoBar, Clause Bar, 1, Lovat Lane, EC3R 8DT. Thereafter the fun train would then move to Manchester for more of the unmitigated fun. It would be another round of the same (meet, greet and have fun with the fans) in Manchester. 

Birthday is been hosted by CokoBar and it would also be covered by OHtv.
